Van rental - Can I change the dates of my booking?

The Family Van offers you the possibility of changing the dates of your trip under the following conditions.

If a change of travel dates is made and a replacement is found for you, The Family Van undertakes to reimburse you in full for the change fee paid.

The Family Van will charge the following modification fees:

- More than 60 days before departure: modification free of charge;

- From 60 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the total price of the trip;

- 30 to 21 days before departure: 40% of the total price;

- 20 to 14 days prior to departure: 60% of total price;

- 13 to 7 days before departure: 70% of the total price;

- 6 to 1 day before departure: 80% of the total price;

- Day of departure (or no show): 100% of total price;
