Group travel - How is my reservation calculated? What does it include?

The booking fee is a fixed price per day. For all travelers, it automatically includes :
- van rental
- courses and accompaniment by the guide according to the chosen theme equipment rental for the chosen theme all accommodation
- 1 boxed meal (variable according to trip)
- camper kit: 1 table, 1 outdoor kitchen, 2 camping chairs, 1 electric lamp, 1 cutlery kit
- Basic comprehensive insurance (see general terms and conditions of sale and general terms and conditions of insurance)
- depending on the chosen stay: a welcome restaurant, a wine tasting in a vineyard...
Only certain meals, vehicle recharging and tolls are not included in the reservation, as they are specific to each van and the decisions made by their drivers ;)
