Group travel - What happens if my trip is cancelled?

In exceptional circumstances, we may be forced to cancel a trip if the minimum number of

of participants is not reached. You will be informed of this decision no later than:

- 15 days before the start of the trip or stay for trips lasting more than exceeds 6 days;

- 7 days before the start of the trip or stay for trips lasting between 2 to 6 days;

- 48 hours before the start of the trip or stay for trips lasting no more more than 2 days.

You may be offered an alternative solution. 

In the event that the proposed alternatives alternatives are not suitable, your payments will be refunded in full, without further compensation. 

You are responsible for all costs incurred (purchase of plane or train tickets (purchase of plane or train tickets, hotel, travel equipment, etc.).
