How do I get an invoice for my rental? When will I get my security deposit back? How to leave us a review? What insurance does The Family Van offer? What does it cover? Is insurance included in the rental price?

Once you have made your reservation, you will need to send us the following items:


  • driver's license for each driver
  • ID for each driver
  • deposit by credit card imprint (see dedicated section)
